Returns Policy

In the unlikely event your CD is faulty (irregularity of sound quality, distortion or printing anomalies), we are happy to exchange it or refund the cost of your CD (postage not included). We will except returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will need to email us a copy of your invoice/receipt which would have been provided to you when you checked out from PayPal. Please send your copy of the invoice/receipt to [email protected]

  • Please note that the CD you are returning will need to be posted back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase & we advise that you use a mail service that can either be tracked online or requires a signature upon receipt of your faulty CD. Please also note that the cost of returning the CD must be borne by you.

Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected when returning the CD to All the CDs are quality checked before they are sent to you. It is recommended that you obtain proof of posting when returning the CD as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
